Kitchen checklist

Use this page to create a practical task list for your kitchen. Record only what you can observe safely. Choose “unknown” when information is missing; uncertainty is a useful next step.

Five things to look at

Choose Observed, Needs follow-up or Unknown for each row. Nothing you choose is sent or saved, and it does not change the full checklist.

  1. Row 1: Note which ventilation controls are present and locate their instructions.
  2. Row 2: Record visible leaks or recurring moisture near accessible plumbing.
  3. Row 3: Identify whether drinking water comes from public supply or a private well.
  4. Row 4: Find the supplier report or existing test record.
  5. Row 5: Record the model and replacement instructions for any existing filter.

Nothing is pre-selected. Choose what you can observe safely; skip the rest.

What to do with your notes

Start with the water-source guide and the equipment log. Do not install treatment solely because a broad marketing label sounds reassuring.
