Privacy notice

Healthy Home Audit is operated by Giga Studios, Inc. Our hosting and security services process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site. Contact and correction forms collect the information you choose to submit, such as a reply email and short message. Please do not send health records, photographs or other sensitive information.

Launch-version calculators and filters run in your browser; we do not receive their inputs or retain them after you leave or refresh. Free downloads require no account or email. Labeled affiliate links send you to external providers with their own privacy practices. We do not add your personal information or tool responses to those links.

We use inquiries to respond and improve the site. Messages sent through the contact and correction forms, including any reply email, are generally deleted within 30 days after resolution unless legal or security needs require longer. Email sent to hello@healthyhomeaudit.com is deleted no later than 12 months after the matter is closed. For information requests, contact hello@healthyhomeaudit.com.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States: server functions run in Vercel’s Washington, D.C. region, and pages are delivered through its global content delivery network (Vercel privacy policy). Site content and form submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the eastern United States (Supabase privacy policy). Email sent to hello@healthyhomeaudit.com is forwarded by Forward Email (Forward Email LLC; privacy policy) to our inbox hosted on Google Workspace (Google LLC; privacy policy). We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate page-view and performance statistics; they do not use cookies or follow you across other sites, page addresses are recorded without query strings, and no checklist or calculator values are sent. This site sets no cookies for visitors; a preview cookie is used only by signed-in site administrators. We do not use advertising pixels, session replay, remarketing or a newsletter.

Hosting and security logs are kept for up to 30 days by our hosting provider. For contact and correction form submissions we store only a one-way hash of the sender’s IP address, used to handle abuse and cleared after 7 days.

You can ask what information you sent us through a form or by email, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@healthyhomeaudit.com. We may need to confirm that a request comes from the person who sent the message. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. If the law where you live gives you additional privacy rights, we will honor them as required.

This site is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact hello@healthyhomeaudit.com and we will delete it.
